Credit Analyst & Productivity Lead Surabaya

Surabaya (Klampis Jaya)


Get to know the Role:

The position has two main function, first is to responsible to the overdue number, control process of deduction, managing repossession, warning letter, handling driver overdue, driver blacklisted and coordinating the driver’s coordinator.  
Second is to do analysis of credit approval for Gold driver acquisition. Responsible for credit approval quality with optimalization of service level standard. Also to give input to Head of Credit about the mechanism of credit approval.



The day-to-day activities:

  • Supervise daily deduction, driver OD & blacklisted
  • Supervise repossession process and control blacklisted driver
  • Supervise the existence of unit, maintaining through GPS, also maintain relation with GPS Vendor
  • Make deduction and economic number every week
  • To review and analize the credit approval proposal, based on prudentiality and effectiveness
  • To give recommendation of approval to Credit Comitee
  • To maintain the quality of credit approval
  • Ensure that the credit approval process is going effective and efficient and meet policy guidelines
  • To give input on tools/ systems to facilitate monitoring of the credit approval
  • Ensure that expected loss of credit portfolio are in line with the Gold Program’s directions.
  • Coordinate with all teams regarding the overall credit approval process
  • To maintain the NCL
  • Manage all CC team & productivity team.


The must haves:

  • 5+ years related working experience in Finance company specially in collection & Credit approval
  • Experienced in data handling and reporting
  • Experience in the managing people
  • Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
  • Strong customer focus & attention to detail
  • Experience in work across functionally with related functions.
  • Strong quantitative abilities and intuition, exceptional analytical skills
  • BA required, MBA or MS Degree or equivalent experience desired
  • Excellent Credit Analysis skill
  • Excellent excel and database skill
  • Excellent Microsoft excel skill
  • Negotiation and communication skill

UX Designer

Jakarta (Grand Lucky Building - Kudo)
The day-to-day activities:
  • Product design development; from concept to deployment.;
  • Orchestrate all the relevant technology section in product development process.;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the product design, ensuring the UX is simple, straightforward, elegant and authenthic.
  • Researching interaction design trends.
  • Providing technical guidance and coaching to junior designer
The must haves:
  • Have knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools;

  • Fully responsible for designing and delivering marketing campaign, monitoring its effectiveness and efficiency, and work with agency to ensure good Grab presence in the city.

  • You will maintain the customer both from drivers and passenger satisfaction level in your area

The day-to-day activities:
 

  • You will need to plan, execute, monitor and correct every actions your respective city both for 4W and 2W team
  • You will need to do all internal and external stakeholder management
  • You will need to maintain operational standard in your city
  • You will need to be able to extract insights from data, trends, survey and market intelligence
  • Support City Manager to ensure high retention rate & increase partners LTV
  • You will make sure our level of service quality to both Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints
  • You expected to manage cost effectiveness/ efficiency and deliver operational and financial target within designated financial cost
  • You are expected to track spending on timely manner

The must haves:
 

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good in written and spoken English
  • Excellent in data and analytical skills
  • Excellent in presentation, negotiation skills and people management skills
  • Excellent in government affairs skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years of primary experience in sales and partnership

  • Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
